Victoria Selman is our founding director and a highly experienced marketing consultant with expertise in both online and traditional marketing strategy development.

She heads up the marketing consultancy side of our business giving advice to clients working with small budgets to promote themselves effectively to generate more business.

This can include:

• Developing product and corporate brand identities
• Developing effective communication plans
• Customer acquisition and retention strategy development

In addition to her marketing consultancy activities, Victoria also presents at major marketing events and leads interactive workshops around the UK .

Recent examples include:

As a result she has earned a reputation as one of the industry’s leading marketing consultants.

As such she is regularly invited to give television interviews and press commentary.

She is on the ITV’s panel of marketing experts and is a recommended speaker by the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Professional Background

Victoria has an MA degree from Oxford University and is a Unilever trained marketer.

She rose rapidly through the Unilever ranks to become brand manager on Comfort fabric conditioner.

She was later promoted to the role of brand development and strategy manager for the household cleaning category. This included having strategic responsibility for household brand names such as Cif and Domestos.

She is the founding director of SEMS Consultancy which is one of the fastest growing internet marketing consultancies in the UK.
